Please note that we ship all orders from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse Monday-Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. We use a third party courier for shipping, either USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your shipping method and destination. Please check your order confirmation to determine which courier is used.
For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 14-20 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.
*In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Buyrii does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
**For international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that RórinLo Hands Only does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
